3. Counter-Notice Procedure

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, AI Girlfriends Search has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts or directory listings of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the site for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
